Bloom Blissfully: Keeping faith during life's battles

Hey Ladies,

When we have faith in our Heavenly Father, it is a way of showing Him that we put complete trust and confidence in Him.

To have faith is to believe in our Heavenly Father, to trust in the unseen rather than the seen.

When we begin to build a relationship with God, faith can bee seen as a splendid product when we connect and bond with Him. It assures us that when we read scripture, the things that are promised and revealed to us, are true. Even though we can’t see it, we can believe and trust in Him.

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see...Hebrews 11:1

So how can we train ourselves to have more faith in Him? Paul says in Romans 10:17: “Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.” Therefore, as we study and reflect on what the Word of God says, it will equip us to have more faith in Him. As we spend more time with Him either through the Word of God, by listening to sermons, or by spending time with our brothers and sister in Christ, it will train us to rely on our faith.

Building our faith can be made easier by hearing the promises of God every day.

It can be challenging to always be faithful towards our Father (If we are unfaithful, he remains faithful, for he cannot deny who he is.- 2 Tim 2:13); but as we pray, pursue and seek Him wholeheartedly, we will build up our faith through obedience. Our daily struggles and hassles will become more bearable as we rely on our faith to replenish abundance in our minds and heart. Faith is like a helping hand, guiding us each step of the way, moving us toward our purpose in life.

But the innocent lovers of God, because of righteousness, will have the boldness of a young, ferocious lion! (Proverbs 28:1)

May we learn to be bold and confident in our faith like a young ferocious lion. This way we can conquer anything in this world, by having faith as little as a mustard seed! (Matthew 17:20). May we forget about all our doubts in our lives and may our faith increase rapidly as each day goes by.

In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence (Ephesians 3:12)

Pray this prayer tonight if you would like your faith to grow stronger. It might just encourage your weary heart, bring you to hope in dark stressful situations, and remind you that God is always faithful and is omnipresent:

"Jesus, thank you for carrying us through the uncertainty of our circumstances. We are constantly reminded that we need You in everything that we do, and that requires more faith in you Jesus. Please help us that we may grow stronger in our faith, may we seek you through searching and knowing the Word. Help us to trust in what we cannot see, but to believe in Your invisible presence. In Jesus' name. Amen"

Lots of Love

Tehillah

xx
